This is the reason I have waited so long to post my "new" entry. I have been waiting for my new "St. Saviour's rose", to bud. I feared the buds would not make it in time, but here they are! Can't wait to see them open up. This rose is a variety developed for the sesquicentenary of St. Saviour's Cathedral, Goulburn (Goulburn itself is also 150!). It is a beautiful crimson/purple colour, that goes variegated pruple and white as the bloom develops.
