An explanation about the last photo - many of the flowers were finishing and past their prime and I wondered whether such a rose could still be made to look beautiful. This one caught my attention as it reminded me of the shape of an angel - but not sure if others will see that too or just a dying rose?
I like the variety in your photos. I concentrated mostly on the roses, where as you have gone for some other things around the area. I really like your mosaic fountain photo. It's much better than mine. Indeed very Monet!! I am also impressed by your photos of the wrens. I tried to photograph them, but they kept flitting away!
